Each order is hand-packed with care by Charmie and shipped within 3–5 business days, ready to bring a little magic to your mailbox.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we ship within Australia only — no international shipping just yet. Please contact us for enquiries.

What is your return policy? 

Because our kits are lovingly hand-packed and contain small parts, we’re unable to offer returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your kit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll be happy to organise a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law — and make sure your dragon can still come to life!
